Watermelon Cucumber Mint Water
Drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day can help prevent urinary tract infections, reduce headaches, reduce muscle aches and more.
- 1 cup watermelon cut into cubes
- 1 cup cucumber sliced with skin on
- 2 tbsp spearmint whole sprigs
- 1 qt water
- Place watermelon, cucumber and mint into a large pitcher.
- Add 32 ounces of water and refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours and maximum of 24 hours. Enjoy
