Citrus Salsa

This refreshing salsa is great as a dip for vegetables, as a topping for meat or fish tacos, or over a salad.

  • 1 grapefruit peeled and diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes chopped
  • ½ cup red onion minced
  • 2 oranges peeled and diced
  • ½ cup red bell peppers seeded and minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and minced
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • ¼ tsp sea salt


  • Combine all the salsa ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Cover and set in fridge to chill.
  • Drain juice before serving.
