Watermelon Berry Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pint watermelon cubed
- 1 cup blueberries
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- 1½ tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp peppermint minced leaves
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the watermelon and blueberries.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and minced mint.
- Pour the honey-lime mix over the fruit.
- Add the crumbled feta and toss gently.
- Garnish with whole mint leaves, if desired.
- You can substitute any berries for the blueberries (ex. strawberries, blackberries, etc.)
