Sesame Asparagus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb asparagus trimmed
  • tsp sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp ginger minced
  • ½ tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp brown sugar
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp scallions

Instructions
 

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add asparagus; cook until tender, about 4 minutes.
  • While the asparagus is cooking whisk sesame seeds, soy sauce, ginger, vinegar, scallions and brown sugar in a bowl.
  • Add mixture to drained asparagus and toss.
