Healthy Ranch Dressing

Greek yogurt contains protein which is one of the building blocks of a healthy diet. Probiotics in the yogurt also keep your gut healthy and a healthy gut is important for brain health.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp dill weed
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic finely chopped
  • cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend yogurt, garlic, spices, and vinegar in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Very slowly add oil so that it emulsifies.
  • May be stored up to one week in the refrigerator.
