Healthy Ranch Dressing
Greek yogurt contains protein which is one of the building blocks of a healthy diet. Probiotics in the yogurt also keep your gut healthy and a healthy gut is important for brain health.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp dill weed
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic finely chopped
- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or to taste
Instructions
- Blend yogurt, garlic, spices, and vinegar in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Very slowly add oil so that it emulsifies.
- May be stored up to one week in the refrigerator.
