Sesame Asparagus
Asparagus can boost brain power because it’s loaded with vitamin B12 and folate.
Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus trimmed
- 1½ tsp sesame seeds
- ½ tsp ginger minced
- ½ tbsp rice wine vinegar
- ½ tsp brown sugar
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp scallions
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add asparagus; cook until tender, about 4 minutes.
- While the asparagus is cooking whisk sesame seeds, soy sauce, ginger, vinegar, scallions and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Add mixture to drained asparagus and toss.
